As a group member, you’re expected to critique and vote on at least 5 other images for each one of your submissions.
Last week, I let a few people slip through without completing their required commenting/voting.
Please remember:
When members don’t follow through, it adds extra work for those who do, and it takes away from the experience for everyone. This group works best when everyone participates as agreed.
We, the Admins & Moderators, put a lot of care and time into keeping things running smoothly, and we really appreciate those who consistently uphold their end. We also understand that life can get in the way sometimes—if something comes up, just drop us a quick note.
Moving forward, we’ll be paying closer attention to participation. We’d hate for anyone to risk losing their spot in the group or having their images removed from the Weekly Pool.

I am awed by the dedication that the admins of this group have been demonstrating for so many years. The grunt-work of maintaining this group week-after-week is what makes Weekly successful and valuable for all of us.
