When I click on my PHOTOSTREAM ads keep popping up and preventing me from entering my gallery. Would anyone know why this is happening or if they are experiencing this. Thank you

Using Chrome? Some browsers make it unnecessarily complicated to stop notifications.
I would be inclined to blame the browser here, not Flickr.
