(+) I love all of the colours here! They're absolutely fantastic.
(-) Perhaps it would look just slightly better if it was a little lighter?

(+) I Love pictures taken at beaches and waves
(-) Would like to see this is as B&W and maybe taken further away,

(+) The layering of colors, one atop another, makes this a very special picture. It's a graceful composition -- and not too busy.
(-) It's hard to think up a criticism -- maybe a little bit of the bottom could be cropped off. Maybe not. Scratch that one...
If you have access to Photoshop or some other editing program where you can selectively blur certain areas -- then maybe you could blur some of the graininess out of the top background -- make it a bit smoother. Hope that helps. Great shot!

(+) Very creative shot! Great position of person.
(-) I feel the bottom should be cropped out of the picture so that the arm is at the bottom.
I'm not sure though.

(+)Taken at the best hour of the day (in my opinion), the colors of the sky are amazing .
(-) I think photos must have a straight horizon, specially with landscapes .

(+) Nice colors and composition. Good work, I like the reflects and riddles.
(-) Maybe the central light is too intense and the upper right corner too dark. The upper right shark is difficult to see and attracts the focus.

(+) interesting idea to capture the wet leaves on a wet surface.... like the curving wall(?) and the way the light hits it too.
(-) I went to this photo on your stream and noted a comment about the in focus area... aside from that small area, nothing is sharply focused and I think it would have been better if the front leaf was sharply focused rather than just the back portion and some of the stem. (might have been nicer with more leaves too)

(+) Love the flow of the rust - it allows the eye to move through the picture and naturally find each corner of the photo, without wasted space.
(-) Because of the flow of the shot I find myself wanting the trees in the background to be seen as well, maybe a little wider angle where the rust is the bottom 1/3 and the trees start the top 1/3.

(+) the landscape view is great: right angle and perfect sun light to make the green colours appear almost golden ;)
(-) maybe the top right portion is a little bit dull

+ Great tones and photo perspective. I also like the light and how it makes the clouds look.
- The background seems a bit dull to me. The color of the lake and land in the background looks washed out and just sort of bland.

+ fantastic sky!
- lower right trees distracting, feels crowded. Perhaps a landscape orientation to show more sky.

+ very sharp and a nice DOF
- Giving the flower more color will make it more alive. I also think you should do some croppint to give the attention to the main flower.

The deer: Nice close up, but the fence kind off ruins it.
Flower: Great colors, lovely water drop. I would have liked a bit more aperture.

I'm skipping Algerina( Amal. Kh) because they didn't critique.
For FFV1
(+) Interesting subject, they way you captured it reveals how seldom we actually see things like this.
(-) I suppose I might have used a wider angle or stepped back to help include some sky drama and exposed for just a bit longer.

(+) Excellent use of light, nice composition and PoV.
(-) The only thing I see is, the surrounding landscape is competing (clouding) somewhat, with the dogs silhouette.

(+) Amazing location, I really love the reflection!
(-) I would have liked a bit more of the trees in the picture. Maybe standing..?

(+) Great Timing, Exposure and POV of an Elegant Castle!
(-) The cropping of the right side of the image could be better.
